Missed Appointments:

We ask that you provide us with 24 hours for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled.  We devote that time just to you, so when you cancel at the last minute, or miss a visit, we don't have time to fill that empty appointment, and will charge you a visit.  If you don't show up, there was someone who needed your time slot, but had to wait until another day to get helped.
