I asked Dr. Jardine what could help my mom with knee pain.  She told me the wholistic approach to this also involves looking at digestion, the gallbladder and the mid back because because there is a nerve in that area that goes to the gallbladder. I told my mom, but she hadn't been in yet to get treated, and then two months later, we were in the emergency room for her with gallbladder problems! I first came to Family Wellness Chiropractic because I had lower back and neck pain.  I'm very surprised that I'm experiencing a degree of emotional health that I completely didn't expect! I'm taking better care of myself because I feel worthy of good health now.

I was having chronic headaches, neck pain, upper & lower back pain before I came to see Dr. Jardine.  I also felt a lack of motivation and concentration as well as complete brain fog.  Dr. Jardine helped me see that my body was out of whack, and my symptoms had a lot to do with my eating habits and emotional stresses. 

I've had regular adjustments and taken nutritional supplements for 2 months now and feel so much better.  My pain is less and the headaches are less frequent.  I have more motivation at my job and schooling and can think more clearly.  I also like that my creative thinking is starting to return.   Mark G

Dr. Carrie taught me the "Heart to Heart Hug"... you hug someone left side to left side (instead of the right side to right side we usually do in America).  Our heart is on the left side of our body and this kind of hug strengthens us and is more relationship-building.  I've passed this on to many of my friends and relatives.  They all think its such a cool idea too, so they are passing it on their friends and relatives!  Janet R

I got more than I expected...

Chiropractic care is something I knew nothing about and never considered until my back started to get a little hump on it.  Visions of looking like my grandmother sent me hurrying to Dr. Jardine.  I wanted her to straighten it up for me.  Little did I know that she would offer so much more. 

Improving my health wasn't something I thought she could help with, but that is exactly what happened!  Over the course of my 7 month treatment, my energy increased, I lost 20 pounds and regained an inch of height that I thought was gone for good!  For the past several years, I've gotten at least 2 sinus infections every year.  They show up like clockwork every spring and fall.  Since seeing Dr. Jardine, I haven't had even one.

Dr. Carrie literally saved my life tonight!!!

I was choking on a piece of steak and she did the Heimlich maneuver on me and literally saved me.
